Who We Are

A point of convergence.

We work on one field only, consumer law, and on one goal: getting the consumer what they are rightfully owed.

Nexus Legal is a consumer grievance resolution practice based in Hyderabad.

Most consumers never learn which provisions protect them, what to document, or where to go. Too many spend more on process than the dispute is worth, and still get nowhere. We exist to change that.

A nexus is a point where things connect. For us it is where a consumer’s problem meets the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, careful documentation and a practical path to resolution.

Our Objective

Resolution, not litigation.

Our aim is settlement. We believe most consumer disputes are best resolved early, through a well-documented notice, direct negotiation or mediation, including the mediation facility available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We do not chase long court battles. Where a matter must go before a Consumer Commission, we prepare it thoroughly and, where permitted, appear as the consumer’s authorised agent, always on the consumer’s written authorisation, and keep working toward a fair settlement.
